The Wig World from Regina was a little shop on London's Victoria Street in the 1960s.

When it closed, the entire stock went into storage, where it was carefully preserved for over forty years. We offer the remaining vintage hair pieces exclusively from Regina's Wig World, for sale and for hire. Beautifully presented with the manufacturer's original labels and netting, this collection is a truly rare find. 

Regina's wigs were manufactured to the highest standard in Hong Kong in the late sixties, using quality Asian hair. It is estimated that around one third of European women owned a fashion wig at this time. The industry was one of Hong Kong's fastest growing exports in 1968. Vintage Wigs are regular exhibitors at Goodwood Revival and have supplied wigs to theatre, film and television since 2012.
